Day 16 of a Month of Sonny: Bathroom Mirror Selfies and Bonus Daughters—I cannot tell you how many selfies have been taken by Sonny and her friends in my bathrooms over the years. These two ladies spent many hours at my house and eventually became like bonus daughters to me. From knitting club, to broken arms, to unmentioned shenanigans; I have many fond memories of these three together. Giving them freedom to hang out and think they were getting away with things makes me laugh a bit now. Now, don’t get me wrong, there were a few notable instances over the years that landed these ladies in hot water, but in general I had a suspicion of EXACTLY what was going on. Sonny never could quite figure out how I “knew” so much. I am sure she does now though. I will call it Mother’s intuition. 😘 I wonder what selfies in Heaven look like.
